customer quality control
Given that this is a business of hand-made-one-of-a-kind clothing, some of my products will naturally have some flaws. I do my best to use strong thread and good fabric that will withstand the test of a rigorous night of partying in the desert, maybe a couple of weeks being stepped on and ground into the dirt, or a vicious winter camping trip that refuses to stop snowing and blowing. Either way, I do my best, and after I send off your goods, I'm blissfully unaware of the status of my products. So this leaves it up to yall to put my products through whatever sort of testing you see fit, and please, please, please report back! If you ever find any holes in the seams, places where threads are coming unraveled, or your product is simply clapped to the max you must reach out to me so I can make repairs.

Free product repairs
Generally speaking, I will fix all product issues or wear and tear for FREE as long as you pay for shipping. If you are handy with a sewing machine or needle, feel free to fix yourself, or I can even instruct you how to proceed with a bomber repair. If you product does get to the point of needing some TLC, and it is from crafter error (AKA I am to blame), if you send you product in for repairs, or not, you will receive 20% off your next product. I aim to create high-quality products, but please do be understanding as I am a self-taught seamstress and fashion designer (flex).
